Patrick L. Falcon, Esq. Senior Partner

Patrick L. Falcon grew up in Monmouth County, New Jersey and attended St. John Vianney High School in Holmdel. He founded Falcon Law Firm, LLC in 1995 with the primary focus on representing the rights of injured individuals, striving to maximize settlement values to fairly compensate clients for the harm they suffered. Patrick has handled thousands of personal injury cases throughout New Jersey including cases in Atlantic County, Burlington County, Essex County, Middlesex County, Monmouth County, Morris County, Ocean County, Somerset County, and Union County. He has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. Prior to practicing law, Patrick interned at the federal public defender’s office in Trenton New Jersey with the Honorable John Hughes, where he worked on high-level criminal cases and attended numerous criminal trials. During law school, he worked at Lester, Schwab, Katz and Dryer doing asbestos defense work. He gained valuable experience in how to conduct complex depositions and identifying potential new defendants in cases. After law school, he gained experience working at Price Waterhouse dealing with complex tax issues for international and commercial banks and negotiating tax reductions with the IRS. Patrick was involved in the forefront of pharmaceutical and medical device litigation early on. He was able to partner with other national law firms to recover millions of dollars for his injured clients. His diverse legal experience has helped him be able to identify strengths in his client’s cases and expose weaknesses in opponent’s cases with the goal of maximizing his client’s settlements.

Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, lifting weights, and running. He is very active in his community. He served in the borough of Matawan as Council President and was the Fire and Police Commissioner, New Jersey. Patrick is also fluent in Spanish.

$3,300,000 settlement secured by Falcon Law Firm for a Monmouth County woman who was involved in an accident where her car was rear-ended by a truck accident.

$1,500,000 jury award was secured by the Falcon Law Firm after a Middlesex County man was injured in an auto-related accident.

$1,400,000 jury award was secured by the Falcón Law Firm for a Monmouth County woman who was injured in an auto accident. She suffered a back injury that required him to undergo surgery. She also sustained a brain injury. This matter is pending because of an appeal that was filed by the defendant’s insurance carrier.

$900,000 settlement for a Burlington County woman who was injured in an auto accident. She sustained injuries to her neck and was unable to work after the accident.

$800,000 settlement secured by the Falcón Law Firm for an Ocean County man who was injured in a construction site accident. He sustained a neck injury that required him to undergo surgery.

$550,000 settlement was secured for a man who sustained an injury to his hand as a result of a machine. Two of his fingers were partially amputated.

$450,000 settlement was secured prior to trial by the Falcón Law firm after a Monmouth County man hit by a vehicle while he was working on a road crew. The Plaintiff required several surgeries on his knees.
