- A woman sustained injuries to her neck when she was rear ended while stopped a traffic light. The other vehicle hit the Plaintiff's car at a low speed. There was very little damage done Plaintiff's vehicle. Plaintiff had to undergo neck surgery. The Falcon Law Firm secured a low impact expert to show how that lack of damage to plaintiff's car did not necessarily equate to plaintiff not sustaining serious injuries. Prior to trial we were able to secure a settlement of $350,000.00.
- A man was injured while driving a motorcycle. He sustained a fracture to his hand, ankle and orbital. The person who caused the accident was uninsured. The Falcon Law Firm went after the Plaintiff's own automobile insurance carrier and was able to secure the Plaintiff's entire policy of $100,000.
